Main power window and door mirror switch is installed to front door finisher LH side.
Main power window and door mirror switch controls all power window motors.
Power window lock switch inhibits power window operation rear power window.
Transmits signal to each power window motor.
Turns ON/OFF the power window lock switch.
When main power window and door mirror switch is operated, it transmits signal to power window motors via LIN communication.
Front power window switch RH is installed to front door finisher RH side.
Front power window switch RH controls front power window motor RH.
When front power window switch RH is operated, it transmits signal to front power window motor RH.
Transmits signal to front power window motor RH.
Rear power window switch is installed to rear door finisher.
Rear power window switch LH/RH controls each rear power window motor.
Transmits signal to each rear power window motor.
When rear power window switch LH/RH is operated, it transmits signal to each rear power window motor.
Front power window motor LH is installed to front door regulator LH.
Power window motor controls door glass.
Power window motor controls AUTO operation.
Power window motor controls anti-pinch function.
Front power window motor LH receives signal from main power window and door mirror switch and BCM via LIN communication, then opens/closes door glass.
Front power window motor RH is installed to front door regulator RH.
The front power window motor RH opens/closes the front door RH glass when receiving the UP/DOWN signal from the main power window and door mirror switch or front power window switch RH.
Rear power window motor is installed to rear door regulator.
The rear power window motor LH/RH opens/closes the rear LH/RH door glass when receiving the UP/DOWN signal from the main power window and door mirror switch (rear LH/RH switch) or rear power window switch LH/RH.

POWER WINDOW OPERATION
Power window system is activated by power window switch when ignition switch ON or retained power is operating.
Main power window and door mirror switch opens/closes all door glass.
Front and rear power window switch opens/closes the corresponding door glass.
POWER WINDOW AUTO-OPERATION
AUTO UP/DOWN operation can be performed when each power window motor turns to AUTO.
Each power window switch transmits AUTO UP/DOWN signal to each power window motor and operating the each power window motor turns to AUTO.
Each power window motor reads the changes of operating condition and stops AUTO operation when door glass is at fully opened/closed position.
RETAINED POWER FUNCTION
Retained power function is an additional power supply function that enables power window system to operate for 45 seconds after ignition switch is placed OFF.
RETAINED POWER FUNCTION CANCEL CONDITIONS
Any of the following conditions are satisfied:
Front door CLOSE → OPEN.
When ignition switch is ON again.
When timer times out (45 seconds).
LIN COMMUNICATION
Main power window and door mirror switch, power window motors, and BCM transmit and receive signal via LIN communication.
POWER WINDOW LOCK
LIN circuit inside main power window and door mirror switch shuts off when power window lock switch is ON. This inhibits rear power window switch operation.
ANTI-PINCH SYSTEM
Pinch foreign material in the door glass during AUTO-UP operation, and it is the anti-pinch function that lowers the door glass when detected.
CPU continues detecting the movement of power window motor while power window motor is operating.
Each power window motor controls to lower the door glass for approximately 5.71 in (145 mm) or more after it detects foreign material is trapped in the door glass.
OPERATION CONDITION
When door glass AUTO-UP operation is performed (anti-pinch function does not operate just before the door glass closes and is fully closed).
NOTE:
Depending on environment and driving conditions, if a similar impact or load is applied to the door glass, it may lower.
