PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
Start the engine.
Perform “Diagnosis (One System)” of "ICC/ADAS 2" with CONSULT.
NOTE:
When performing "All DTC Reading", DTC “C1F05-49” may be detected because ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) stops its control function by communicating with CONSULT. Therefore performing "Diagnosis (One System)" is necessary.
Check if the “C1F05-49” is detected as the current malfunction in “Self Diagnostic Result” of “ICC/ADAS 2”.
Is “C1F05-49” detected as the current malfunction?
YES>>Refer to DTC Diagnosis Procedure.
NO-1 >>To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident.
NO-2>>Confirmation after repair: INSPECTION END
PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
Perform DTC confirmation procedure again. Refer to DTC Description.
NOTE:
DTC "C1F05-49" may be detected when CONSULT is communicating with ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) since the control function of ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) is temporary stopped.
Is “C1F05-49” detected as the current malfunction?
YES>>Replace the front camera unit. Refer to Removal and Installation.

Check if the “C1F05-4B” is detected as the current malfunction in “Self Diagnostic Result” of “ICC/ADAS 2”.
Is “C1F05-4B” detected as the current malfunction?
YES>>Refer to DTC Diagnosis Procedure.
NO-1 >>To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident.
NO-2>>Confirmation after repair: INSPECTION END
CHECK ADAS CONTROL UNIT 2 SELF-DIAGNOSIS RESULTS
Erase all self-diagnosis results with CONSULT.
Perform “All DTC Reading”.
Check if the “C1F05-4B” is detected in “Self Diagnostic Result” of “ICC/ADAS 2”
Is “C1F05-4B” detected?
YES>>Replace the front camera unit. Refer to Removal and Installation.
NO>>INSPECTION END

Is “C1F05-54” detected as the current malfunction?
YES>>Refer to DTC Diagnosis Procedure.

CAMERA AIMING ADJUSTMENT
Perform the camera aiming. Refer to Work Procedure.
Erase all self-diagnosis results with CONSULT.
Perform “All DTC Reading”.
Check if the “C1F05-54” is detected in “Self Diagnostic Result” of “ICC/ADAS 2”.
Is “C1F05-54” detected?
YES>>Replace the front camera unit. Refer to Removal and Installation.
NO>>INSPECTION END

Start the engine.
Turn the AEB system ON.

Is “C1F05-82” detected as the current malfunction?

Is DTC “C1F70-87” detected as the current malfunction?
YES>>Refer to DTC Diagnosis Procedure.
NO-1>>To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident.
NO-2>>Confirmation after repair: INSPECTION END
CHECK CONNECTOR
Ignition switch OFF.
Check the ethernet harness connectors and terminals of ADAS control unit 2 and front camera unit for damage or looseness.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>GO TO 2.
NO>>Repair or replace the malfunction part, securely lock the harness connector.
PERFORM ALL DTC READING
Ignition switch ON.
Perform “All DTC Reading” with CONSULT.
Check if any DTCs of ethernet (DTC “C250C-88” and/or “U276B-88”) are detected in “Self Diagnostic Result” of “LANE CAMERA”
Are any DTCs of ethernet detected?
YES>>Replace the ADAS control unit 2 (Refer to Removal and Installation.), and GO TO 3.
NO>>Replace the front camera unit. Refer to Removal and Installation.
PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE-1
Erases all self-diagnosis results with CONSULT.
Perform DTC confirmation procedure again. Refer to DTC Description.
Is DTC “C1F70-87” detected as the current malfunction?
YES>>Replace the front camera unit (Refer to Removal and Installation), and GO TO 4.
NO>>INSPECTION END
PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE-2
Erases all self-diagnosis results with CONSULT.
Perform DTC confirmation procedure again. Refer to DTC Description.
Is DTC “C1F70-87” detected as the current malfunction?
YES>>Replace the ethernet harness between ADAS control unit 2 and front camera unit.
NO>>INSPECTION END
