  • Turn it ON again if it is OFF and disconnect and re connect antenna. Replace TCU if ON is switched to OFF Cellular Strength is GOOD or MARGINAL, and SiriusXM confirms that account is active.

  • Help customer enroll in services if TCU is ON, Cellular Strength is GOOD or MARGINAL, and SiriusXM confirms that account is not active. Refer to NissanConnect Owner’s Manual.

No service.
  • Use data monitor in CONSULT to confirm Cellular Strength. Verify with SiriusXM that account is active. Refer to NissanConnect Owner’s Manual.

  • Replace TCU if Cellular Strength is GOOD or MARGINAL, and SiriusXM confirms that account is active. Refer to Removal and Installation.

  • Use a cellular phone to check reception. Replace TEL antenna if Cellular Strength is LOW, SiriusXM confirms that account is active, and cellular phone has GOOD reception.

    • For TEL antenna replacement, refer to Removal and Installation.

  • If the service is not available, move the Nissan Pathfinder vehicle to a location where service is available and perform the operation again.

Service inoperative due to poor reception.
  • Use data monitor in CONSULT to check Cellular Strength. Verify with SiriusXM that account is active. Refer to NissanConnect Owner’s Manual.

  • If cellular reception is GOOD or MARGINAL and SiriusXM confirms that account is active, there may be a cause at the NissanConnect Data Center. Check connection after a short period of time. If there is no problem at the NissanConnect Data Center, replace TCU or TEL antenna.

    • Replace TCU if Cellular Strength is GOOD or MARGINAL, and SiriusXM confirms that account is active. Refer to Removal and Installation.

If malfunction such as input or no memory despite input is detected and SiriusXM confirms that account is active, replace AV control unit. Refer to Removal and Installation.

TCU line is used.
  • Check connection after a short period of time and verify with SiriusXM that account is active. Refer to NissanConnect Owner’s Manual.

Replace TCU if it is frequently displayed and SiriusXM confirms that account is active.

The user ID and password are not entered. Enter the user ID and password.
The communication line is busy. Try again after a short period of time.
The Nissan Pathfinder vehicle is in a location where reception is difficult. When the vehicle moves to an area where radio waves can be transmitted sufficiently, communication will be restored. When the icon on the display shows that the Nissan Pathfinder vehicle is inside the communication area, the system can be used.
