Ask if distance sensor area of the front bumper was frosted during driving or if Nissan Pathfinder vehicle was driven in snow.
Ask if distance sensor area of the front bumper was temporarily fogged. (Windshield glass may also tend to fog, etc.)
Is any of above conditions seen?

Explain to the customer about the difference between the contamination detection function and the indication when the malfunction is detected and tell them “This is not malfunction”.

Repair or replace the malfunction part, securely lock the harness connector.
PERFORM ALL DTC READING
Ignition switch ON.
Perform “All DTC Reading” with CONSULT.
Check if any DTCs of ethernet (DTC “C1F71-87”, “U2752-87” and/or “U2752-88”) are detected in “Self Diagnostic Result” of “ICC/ADAS 2”
Are any DTCs of ethernet detected?
YES>>
Replace the ADAS control unit 2 (Refer to Removal and Installation.), and GO TO 3.
NO>>
Replace the ADAS control unit 2. Refer to Removal and Installation.
PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE-1
Erases all self-diagnosis results with CONSULT.
Perform DTC confirmation procedure again. Refer to DTC Description.
Is DTC “U275F-88” detected as the current malfunction?
YES>>
Replace the distance sensor (Refer to Removal and Installation), and GO TO 4.
