CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

  1. Start the engine.

  2. Perform “All DTC Reading” with CONSULT.

  3. Check if the “C2500-49” is detected as the current malfunction in “Self Diagnostic Result” of “LANE CAMERA”.

Is “C2500-49” detected as the current malfunction?

YES>>

Refer to DTC Diagnosis Procedure.

NO-1>>

To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident.

NO-2>>

Confirmation after repair: INSPECTION END

DTC Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK SELF-DIAGNOSIS RESULTS

Check if any DTC other than “C2500-49” is detected in “Self Diagnostic Result” of “LANE CAMERA”.

Is any DTC detected?

YES>>

Perform diagnosis on the detected DTC and repair or replace the malfunctioning parts. Refer to DTC Index.

NO>>

Replace the front camera unit. Refer to Removal and Installation.

CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

  1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.

  2. Wait for 10 minutes or more.

  3. Start the engine.

  4. Turn the AEB system ON.

  5. Perform “All DTC Reading” with CONSULT.

  6. Check if the “C2501-4B” is detected as the current malfunction in “Self Diagnostic Result” of “LANE CAMERA”.

Is “C2501-4B” detected as the current malfunction?

YES>>

Refer to DTC Diagnosis Procedure.

NO-1 >>

To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident.

DTC Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK CONNECTOR

  1. Ignition switch OFF.

  2. Check the ethernet harness connectors and terminals of front camera unit and ADAS control unit 2 for damage or looseness.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

GO TO 2.

NO>>

Repair or replace the malfunction part, securely lock the harness connector.

PERFORM ALL DTC READING

  1. Ignition switch ON.

  2. Perform “All DTC Reading” with CONSULT.

  3. Check if any DTCs of ethernet (DTC “C1F70-87”, “U2852-87” and/or “U2852-88”) are detected in “Self Diagnostic Result” of “ICC/ADAS 2”

Are any DTCs of ethernet detected?

YES>>

Replace the ADAS control unit 2 (Refer to Removal and Installation.), and GO TO 3.

NO>>

Replace the ADAS control unit 2. Refer to Removal and Installation.

PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE-1

  1. Erases all self-diagnosis results with CONSULT.

  2. Perform DTC confirmation procedure again. Refer to DTC Description.

Is DTC “U276B-88” detected as the current malfunction?

YES>>

Replace the front camera unit (Refer to Removal and Installation.), and GO TO 4.

NO>>

INSPECTION END

PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE-2

  1. Erases all self-diagnosis results with CONSULT.

  2. Perform DTC confirmation procedure again. Refer to DTC Description.

Is DTC “U276B-88” detected as the current malfunction?

YES>>

Replace the ethernet harness between front camera unit and ADAS control unit 2.

NO>>

CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

  1. Start the engine.

  2. Perform “All DTC Reading” with CONSULT.

  3. Check if the “U2A07-88” is detected as the current malfunction on the self-diagnosis results of “LANE CAMERA”.

Is “U2A07-88” detected as the current malfunction?

YES>>

Refer to DTC Diagnosis Procedure.

NO-1 >>

PERFORM SELF DIAGNOSTIC

  1. Start the engine.

  2. Erases DTC.

  3. Perform DTC confirmation procedure again. Refer to DTC Description.

YES>>

Refer to Trouble Diagnosis Flow Chart.

NO>>
