Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK FUSE

1. Ignition switch OFF, and then wait for 3 minutes with front LH door open.

   NOTE:

   • Even after ignition switch is OFF, power is supplied to accessories for a certain amount of timer by the AUTO ACC function.

   • When Nissan Pathfinder vehicle is operated while on standby, power may be supplied to accessories.

2. Check that the following fuse is not blown (open):

   Fuse No.	Capacity
   45	10 A

Is the fuse blown (open)?

Repair the blown (open) fuse after repairing the affected circuit if a fuse is blown (open).

GO TO 2.

CHECK MAIN POWER WINDOW AND DOOR MIRROR SWITCH POWER SUPPLY

1. Disconnect main power window and door mirror switch connector.

2. Ignition switch ON.

3. Check voltage between main power window and door mirror switch harness connector and ground.

   (+)		(–)	Voltage (Approx.)
   Main power window and door mirror switch
   Connector	Terminal
   D24	3	Ground	Battery voltage

Is the inspection result normal?

GO TO 3.

Repair or replace harness.

CHECK MAIN POWER WINDOW AND DOOR MIRROR SWITCH GROUND CIRCUIT

1. Ignition switch OFF.

2. Check continuity between main power window and door mirror switch harness connector and ground.

   Main power window and door mirror switch		—	Continuity
   Connector	Terminal
   D24	22	Ground	Yes

Is the inspection result normal?

Inspection End.

Repair or replace harness.

Front Power Window Switch Rh Nissan Pathfinder R53

Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK FUSE

1. Ignition switch OFF.

2. Check that the following fuse is not blown (open):

   Fuse No.	Capacity
   51	20 A

Is the fuse blown (open)?

Repair the blown (open) fuse repairing the affected circuit if a fuse blown (open).

GO TO 2.

CHECK FRONT POWER WINDOW SWITCH RH POWER SUPPLY

1. Disconnect front power window switch RH connector.

2. Ignition switch ON.

3. Check voltage between front power window switch RH harness connector and ground.

   (+)		(−)	Voltage (Approx.)
   Front power window switch RH
   Connector	Terminal
   D129	3	Ground	Battery voltage
   	4

Is the inspection result normal?

GO TO 3.

Repair or replace harness.

CHECK FRONT POWER WINDOW SWITCH RH GROUND CIRCUIT

1. Ignition switch OFF.

2. Check continuity between front power window switch RH harness connector and ground.

   Front power window switch RH		—	Continuity
   Connector	Terminal
   D129	5	Ground	Yes

Is the inspection result normal?

Inspection End.

Repair or replace harness.
