REMOVAL
Using a suitable tool, release clips and remove windshield glass finisher (1).

Release the lock (1) as shown by the arrow in the figure and disconnect the harness connector from the front camera unit.
Using a suitable tool, release pawls and remove the front camera unit (1) from the front camera unit bracket (2).

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
CAUTION:
Do not touch or shock the front camera unit lens area or drop the front camera unit.
Make sure that the front camera unit harness is not twisted after installation.
Align the windshield glass finisher clips with the cover bracket holes and install by hand. Do not use excessive force.
If removing or replacing the front camera unit, perform "ADDITIONAL SERVICE WHEN REPLACING FRONT CAMERA UNIT". Refer to Work Procedure.
For removal and installation of the ICC steering switch, refer to Removal and Installation.

REMOVAL
Remove the rear bumper fascia. Refer to Removal and Installation.
Release connector lock, then disconnect the harness connector (A) from the side radar(1).

Using a suitable tool, release pawls and remove side radar.
INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
CAUTION:
Do not use the side radar if the lens has flaws.
Perform Blind Spot Intervention action test after side radar installation is complete. Refer to Work Procedure.
Perform the Rear Cross Traffic Alert action test after side radar installation is complete. Refer to Work Procedure.
If replacing side radar, "PERFORM ADDITIONAL SERVICE WHEN REPLACING SIDE RADAR". Refer to Work Procedure.
NOTE:
Always lock the side radar connector.
Do not touch side radar lens and keep lens area clean.
Blind spot warning indicator is an integral part of the mirror glass, for removal and installation refer to Removal and Installation.
