REMOVAL
Discharge refrigerant. Refer to Recycle Refrigerant.
Remove front grille. Refer to Removal and Installation.
Disconnect harness connector from horn.
Remove front bumper reinforcement bracket upper, front bumper reinforcement bracket, and front bumper fascia upper reinforcement. Refer to Exploded View.
Unbolt transmission oil cooler (if equipped) and set aside.
Disconnect harness connector from refrigerant pressure sensor.
Remove bolt (A), then disconnect high-pressure flexible hose (1) from condenser pipe assembly (3).
CAUTION:
Cap or wrap the joint of the pipe with suitable material such as vinyl tape to avoid the entry of air.

Remove bolt (B), then disconnect high-pressure pipe (2) from condenser pipe assembly (3).
CAUTION:
Cap or wrap the joint of the pipe with suitable material such as vinyl tape to avoid the entry of air.

Remove radiator core support center brace bolts (A), then remove radiator core support center brace.
Remove bolts, then remove condenser.
INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
CAUTION:
Do not reuse O-rings.
Apply A/C oil to the O-rings of the condenser for installation.
After charging the refrigerant, check for leaks. Refer to Leak Test.
