Removal and Installation

CAUTION:

If replacing combination meter, perform "ADDITIONAL SERVICE WHEN REPLACING COMBINATION METER". Refer to Work Procedure.

NOTE:

Do not swap combination meter modules between Nissan Pathfinder vehicles for any reason.

REMOVAL

Disconnect the battery negative terminal. Refer to Battery Disconnect.

Remove cluster lid A. Refer to Removal and Installation.

Remove screws (A) from the combination meter (1).

Disconnect the harness connectors from the combination meter and remove the combination meter.

CAUTION:

Do not damage the combination meter.

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:

• Do not damage the display.

• When replacing the combination meter, always replace it with a new one. The functions controlled by the combination meter do not operate properly in case of reuse of the combination meter from another Nissan Pathfinder vehicle.

• If replacing combination meter, perform "ADDITIONAL SERVICE WHEN REPLACING COMBINATION METER". Refer to Work Procedure.

NOTE:

Do not swap combination meter modules between Nissan Pathfinder vehicles for any reason.

Master Speaker Nissan Pathfinder 2025

Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

Remove defroster grille. Refer to Removal and Installation.

Disconnect the harness connector from the sunload sensor.

Disconnect the harness connector from the optical sensor.

Remove screws (A).

Disconnect the harness connector from the master speaker (1) and remove the master speaker.

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

REMOVAL

The steering switches are serviced as an assembly with the ICC steering switch. Refer to Removal and Installation.

REMOVAL

1. Remove the center ventilation duct (LH). Refer to Removal and Installation.

2. Remove bolts (A).

   

3. Disconnect the harness connector from the head up display unit (1).

4. Remove head up display unit.

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:

• Wear gloves when working.

• Do not damage head up display unit; if damaged, replace head up display unit.

• If replacing head up display unit, be sure to remove protective sheet from the glass surface.

• If replacing head up display unit, perform “ADDITIONAL SERVICE WHEN REPLACING HEAD UP DISPLAY UNIT” . Refer to Work Procedure.

Head up Display Main Switch Nissan Pathfinder Fifth generation

Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

Remove the instrument lower panel LH. Refer to Removal and Installation.

Remove screws (A) and remove switch carrier (1) from lower instrument panel LH.

Using suitable tool, release plastic clips and remove head up display main switch (1) from carrier.
